Pickup Only

Please note, we only offer pickup services at our location. We do not provide delivery services at this time.

Return & Refund Guidelines

Order Discrepancies:

1. Contact us on the day of pickup at 2757 Richmond Hwy Suite 101 Stafford, VA 22554, (540) 288-3349, or info@biscotti.app. We handle issues on a case-by-case basis and strive to ensure your satisfaction.
2. Bring your receipt or proof of purchase when addressing your concern.
3. Allow us to assess the product condition. If an error occurred on our part, we are happy to offer a suitable resolution which may include a replacement or store credit.

As our products are perishable, we are unable to accept returns for non-quality related issues such as over-purchase or a change of mind.

Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Please call us directly at (540) 288-3349 to cancel your order. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup time cannot be refunded.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are crafted to your specifications and are non-refundable. We encourage detailed communication during the order process to ensure your complete satisfaction with the final product.
